Dear TNS besties and beloved listeners,
If you've ever felt caught in the fog of burnout—or found yourself sitting in the parking lot outside your job wondering “is this really it?”—this episode might feel like a breath of fresh air.
Or maybe you're simply longing for a reminder that your intuition is worth listening to. That you are not too sensitive, too emotional, or too much.
Meet Janelle Lindemuth
Janelle is a certified spiritual life coach and soul purpose mentor who helps highly sensitive, high-achieving women quiet the noise, break free from burnout, and reconnect with their higher self.
When she’s not sharing intuitive insights or coaching clients, you can find her cozying up with spiritual books, holding space on Instagram, or reminding sensitive women that they are never alone in their process.
Her work centers on nervous system regulation, intuitive living, and soulful alignment—all rooted in her own journey from corporate burnout to courageous, heart-led entrepreneurship.

In this conversation…
Janelle and I explore her journey from ignoring her sensitivity in a corporate career, through the deep burnout that followed, to fully honoring her inner voice and becoming a spiritual life and soul purpose coach.
We talk honestly about how hard it can be to leave something that looks good on paper but feels misaligned in the body—and how learning to trust your intuition, even when it’s whispering, can change everything.
We also explore:
How burnout, chronic fatigue, and physical symptoms became a wake-up call to redirect her path
The moment Janelle chose to leave corporate life and strip things down to reconnect with her true self
Why silence, breathwork, and even a one-minute pause are powerful entry points to intuition
How she found the right spiritual coaching program through synchronicity and trust
The importance of releasing stories that say “you’re behind” and trusting the timing of your path
How joy, not performance or people-pleasing, is one of the truest indicators of alignment
Janelle’s story is a powerful reminder that purpose isn’t something you chase—it’s something you remember as you reconnect with what brings you joy.

Every conversation here on The Nourished Sensitive is an invitation to slow down, be with what’s real, and see your sensitivity as a gift.
This episode is a gentle reminder, and a simple conversation just between us friends that your softness is sacred, that whoever you are and whatever you have to offer is okay, and that your story—every single part of it—is the medicine you carry.
So wherever you are today,
Take a deep breath.
Settle in for a sacred pause.
Receive the nourishment this conversation holds.
And when you’re ready, no rush at all, go ahead and press play.
With all our love,
Leah and Janelle

Sensitive Sanctuary Circles are storytelling-rooted, connection-centered, safe and sisterly virtual gatherings for deep feelers, creatives, and sensitive souls.
We meet every other Tuesday evening to share what's alive in our hearts, reflect together, and witness each other's journey in a gentle, non-performative space.
Sometimes we do a bit of journaling, sometimes we just catch up and talk, often we eat because we’re hungry, and all the time we exist just exactly as we are.

TNS Member – of Self Love, Lately

“I’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts, joined the sensitive FB groups… but hearing how other sensitives actually talk, seeing their expressions, and feeling safe being my whole Self around them? That does something for me no other space has.
I don’t even like groups, but Leah creates a container that’s deeply nourishing. Nobody cares what you do for work—we care about how you deal with sensory exhaustion, boundaries, how you feeling so fucking much. These Circles are the first place I’ve felt truly mirrored as an HSP.
Leah speaks to the sensitive experience like no one else I’ve ever met. She embodies it and doesn’t shy away from the ugly bits. That’s why I keep coming back.”
