🖤 Love Letter from Leah – February 2026
Your monthly dose of soft nourishment from Leah @ TNS
Hello lovelies,
I’ve officially made my way back to New England after a winding holiday season that carried me all the way from Atlanta through North Carolina, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and finally full circle back to Massachusetts over the course of just a few weeks.
Here are just a few snapshots from my journey up the coast.

After almost a full year of travel and nomadic living, the last few weeks have been full and a bit overwhelming. Both my career and housing are in flux right now, so its been a season of movement, interviews, transitions, and uncertainty.
In the process of navigating all this, my anxiety has crept higher than I’ve wanted it to. So I’ve been listening closely and making small but meaningful changes to support my nervous system.
One of those changes was stepping away from THC edibles. I loved them during my more untethered, creative, free-floating travel season, but recently began to feel a clear nudge toward simplicity and sobriety as I approach spring and my plans to root down.
To support that transition, I have returned to basic mindfulness somatic breathwork, and EFT as daily anchors for my system.
It’s been quietly transformative.
Lately, my practice has centered on naming and releasing anxiety around scarcity and opening myself up to abundance. It’s a practice in reminding myself that I have what I need. That I am capable. That I am supported and loved. That abundance does not require constant striving but to stay present enough to receive.
Alongside all of this, something lovely has been unfolding.
About six months ago, while passing through Boston, I took a giant leap of faith by joining a United Methodist church in the South End. After many years of spiritual exploration, I never imagined I would arrive at calling myself a Christian—and yet, here I am. Falling in love with God. Learning how my faith wants to live in my body and daily life as a believer. This is a story for another time, but it’s shaping me in quiet, foundational ways.
In my January Love Letter, I shared my word for the year ahead: presence. This month, I’m expanding on that word by exploring how it comes alive through daily practice:
mindfulness: the practice of becoming present enough to notice where God, grace, and life are already meeting us.
Through mindfulness, I’m learning that presence isn’t something I achieve by trying harder or planning better; it’s something I practice by returning to my body, my breath, and this exact moment.
Mindfulness, then, is how presence becomes tangible; how it moves from a concept into a felt experience. It’s the way I soften my grip on the future, release the urge to brace against scarcity, and remember that life is meeting me here, now, with enough.
In this February edition of Love Letters from Leah, I’m sharing a handful of nourishing resources and offerings that have been supporting my mindfulness practice and faith through this season of love, transition, and inner steadiness.
I invite you to try what resonates.
🖤 xoxo, Leah

FREE Community Offerings:
Nine Elements of Nourishment: A 9-Week Mindfulness Cohort
Begins March 1 | Free · Drop-In · Community-Centered
This spring, I’m inviting the TNS community (existing members and Substack readers) into a nine-week mindfulness journey through my signature wellness framework – the Nine Elements of Nourishment.
This is a mindfulness-based group program designed to support whole-person wellbeing in a way that’s embodied, relational, sensitive, and sustainable through simple meditations, EFT tapping, somatic awareness, and reflective practices you can integrate into everyday life.
Each week centers on one element of nourishment in the framework:
(mind) emotional health, self-empowerment, value alignment,
(body) holistic nutrition, physical fitness, digestive health,
(spirit) embodiment, optimal living, and spiritual growth
Along the way, we’ll gather for three community circles to slow down, reflect together, and weave these elements into lived experience, with a final integration circle to close the journey.
What’s included:
9 weekly mindfulness themes + meditation, somatic, and EFT practices grounded in the Nine Elements framework
9 weekly reflection check-ins via Google Form for accountability
3 group check-ins + community spaces for support and sharing
A closing circle in early May to integrate growth and lessons
This journey is an invitation to:
slow down without falling behind
listen to your body instead of pushing past it
reconnect with your inner grounding before you “rise”
If your nervous system is asking for more steadiness, softness, and support this season, you’re warmly invited to join us.
Monthly Connection Circle for Highly Sensitive People
Next Circle March 9th, Monthly | Free · Drop-In · Community
Leah is now holding space for a free monthly Sensitive Sanctuary circle inside the TNSC community. This is a simple, spacious place for highly sensitive people to come together and talk about life.
Each month, we’ll gather just to connect. You’re welcome whether you want to speak, listen, or just be quietly present.
Inside each Sensitive Sanctuary Circle, expect:
A grounding opening practice to help us arrive and settle
Open, facilitated conversation on shared lived experience
Space to speak honestly without needing to explain your sensitivity
Deep listening, care, and mutual respect
A non-performative, non-fixing community atmosphere
The option to participate in whatever way feels best that day
Each gathering may organically explore topics such as:
Navigating overstimulation, burnout, or emotional overwhelm
Being sensitive in work, family, or relationships
How sensitivity impacts our relationship with food & body
Friendship, loneliness, and longing for belonging
Boundaries and energy in a loud, fast world
Living gently in a culture that rewards pushing
Creativity, intuition, and inner worlds
Grief, change, and transitions
Faith, meaning, or spiritual curiosity (in your own language)
Joy, awe, beauty, and the small things that keep us going
Themes arise naturally from whoever shows up—nothing is forced or pre-planned.
Blooming With Marina: When Sensitive People Stand Up For Themselves: How to Set Boundaries and Stay In Your Power
Have you ever left a conversation or a conflict situation wishing you’d said or did something differently?
Navigating conflict with healthy boundaries can be messy and complicated, but in this conversation, we’re going to simplify it.
In this conversation, Marina and Leah walk us through:
Understanding why self-advocacy is so dysregulating — how standing up for yourself activates the nervous system (and how to cope)
Recognizing anger as an early boundary signal — learning to notice anger in its softer, subtler forms and use it wisely.
Advocating for yourself without hardening — practicing responses that honor your values, dignity, and needs without becoming reactive or self-punishing.
